There are lots of this type of CD sets out there, and this one is simply the BEST that I've ever heard. The talks are very informative as well as very heartfelt and personal. They are simply amazing to listen to and they are so good that they can be listened to numerous times. They also make an wonderful gift for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers. This is volume 1 of a two volume series published by Sounds True; both volumes are great.
As a person with a recent cancer diagnosis, these tapes provided hope and inspiration. They are well worth the money. I've also shared them with others not facing cancer and they have benefitted from the wisdom within them.
